terms of service

General Info

  • payments via paypal

  • turnaround time: 2 to 8 weeks

Copyright & Usage

I, GIA (the artist):

  • reserve the right to reject any order for any reason

  • retain all copyrights over the final artwork

  • I am allowed to share the artwork on my social media (unless the client requests not to)

  • I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the final artwork

YOU (the commissioner):

  • may upload the final artwork on any website and/or social media pages as long as you give proper credit (e.g stating my name/tagging me)

  • may NOT make profits from the final artwork
    (e.g. reselling, redistributing, etc.)

  • may NOT use the final artwork for Ai training, NFTS or cryptocurrency

  • may NOT alter the final artwork without my consent (including removing my watermark)

payment & delivery

  • invoice system (via Paypal)

  • 100% upfront OR split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch

  • refunds will not be accepted once I receive your payment

  • If for any reason, I cannot complete your commission, you will receive a full refund

process & delivery

  1. Fill out the commission form ♡

  2. I will contact you within a few days to discuss the order details

  3. Once I determine the price, I will send you a paypal invoice

  4. You will secure a spot on my queue once the invoice is paid (at least 50% or full)

  5. I allow 3 revisions rounds (2 for the sketch & 1 for colors) additional revisions will be charged

  6. I'll send progress updates regularly

  7. You can check the status of your commission on my queue

  8. Once it's complete, I will send you a copy of the final artwork via google drive (for best quality)
