General Info

I, GIA (the artist):

reserve the right to reject any order for any reason
retain all copyrights over the final artwork
I am allowed to share the artwork on my social media (unless the client requests not to)

YOU (the commissioner):

may upload the final artwork on any website and/or social media pages as long as you give proper credit (e.g stating my name/tagging me)

may NOT make profits from the final artwork
(e.g. reselling, redistributing, etc.)
may NOT use the final artwork for Ai training, NFTS or cryptocurrency
may NOT alter the final artwork without my consent (including removing my watermark)

invoice system (via Paypal)
100% upfront OR split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch
refunds will not be accepted once I receive your payment
If for any reason, I cannot complete your commission, you will receive a full refund

I will contact you within a few days to discuss the order details
Once I determine the price, I will send you a paypal invoice
You will secure a spot on my queue once the invoice is paid (at least 50% or full)
I allow 3 revisions rounds (2 for the sketch & 1 for colors) additional revisions will be charged
I'll send progress updates regularly
You can check the status of your commission on my queue
I will send you the final artwork via google drive (for best quality)
